•Will need to remove front nose of conveyor.
• Be sure to block up conveyor.
• Drop the front pans and let hang on hinge at rear, no need to completely remove them
• Cut off the lip that hangs down that the old idlers were tensioned with, grind flush.
• bolt in new idler and snug bolts with idler slide to the back in the adjustment slots.
• Tack adjusters in position (square head goes against the idler) then slide idlers to the front.
• Weld in new adjusters with the square head of the jack bolt against the idler.
Clean surface and pre heat to 450* before finish welding.
• put chain back together and tension, Check tension with the deck down and idler adjustment bolts tight. • (please use tensioning guide)
• when the adjustment is finished torque the two Allen bolts that go through the deck to 155 FTLB
