Issue Description:
After a harness failure of 1025751, LeeBoy would like to take the opportunity to update the routing and support the harness. LeeBoy has added the new style p-ratchet clamps to support the harness properly secure it. The new harness also has changed into a less woven loom and more split loom, creating additional flexibility in the e-chain routing other mounting points.
