Action Requested: Immediate Inspection and Correction
Parts Required: Loctite 272
Issue Description: We’ve become aware of instances where conveyor chain bolts have come loose or fallen out. This may be due to bolts missing during the build process or not being properly assembled.
LeeBoy recommends performing a visual inspection of the round bolts to ensure they are flush with the top of the housing. If any gaps are present, please check the torque and confirm the bolts are properly tightened. If rework is needed, apply Loctite and use the torque specifications provided below.
Action Detail:
Check conveyor chain assemblies for correct installation and assembly.
Repair as needed, file for normal LeeBoy machine warranty.
