Issue Description:

LeeBoy has identified a potential interference concern between the engine oil pan and the weldment located directly beneath it. On a unit with approximately 1,600 operating hours, contact was observed at several points, which could lead to wear and eventual perforation of the oil pan.

Dealers are requested to inspect higher-hour units first, then proceed to lower-hour machines. Remove the weldment and check for paint wear or contact marks—particularly in the areas indicated in the reference image—as these are the most likely rub points.

Please order 1 of part # 1021260SRV Weldment Engine Pan Cover per unit. List Price is $ 50.00.

Please check the old pan for signs of painting wear, if there are none and the oil pan looks fine, just replace this weldment with a new one on each unit.

Please allow approximately 2 hours of labor time for this service procedure.
